Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original Ember® packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
